You may have heard that you should not eat before bed, but it turns out certain snacks are fine. That's because the snacks can stop your blood sugar levels down overnight.

If you wake up regularly in the middle of the night, especially if suddenly and your head feels pain, bring a small snack of complex carbohydrates, like whole wheat bread or small wheat bread, about an hour before bed. This will prevent your blood sugar levels from declining at night.
